I have sensitive, eczema prone, acne prone skin. I have been using this product to help with perioral dermatitis, and it's been a huge help! I highly recommend.

I have battled with extremely sensitive skin and rosacea for years. I started using Azelaic acid from another brand but it left my skin feeling oily. I tried this product and WOW, not one tingle or burn when applied. It feels as gentle as water on the skin. I gradually worked my way up to daily use as instructed and only use 3 drops at a time. It has helped tremendously with bumps, texture, and redness. No other product or brand has been this gentle with my rosacea. My skin is starting to calm down and I have not had a rosacea “flare up” in over six weeks. I still have redness in my cheeks and on my forehead but it’s a fraction of what it was, more pink now than painfully red and inflamed. The transformation has not been overnight, but each week looking a little better.

Love this serum! It’s moisturizing, gentle, yet effective! This is the only Azelaic acid that I’ve found that doesn’t contain pore cloggers or other harsh acids that don’t agree with rosacea skin. This serum has cleared up my skin significantly over the last 2 months and when I do get those pesky break outs it works well as a spot treatment too. Please don’t ever change the formula! I’m back to purchase another bottle :).
