If you decide to Preorder an item on our website, please note the following:

- Payment is charged immediately at checkout not when the item ships.

- Preordering is voluntary and if at any time you would like to cancel your Preorder or update in any way, please call email us at info@azimdskincare.com.

- If you purchased in-stock items with a Preorder item, your items will be shipped together once Preorder items are available. If you'd like an in-stock item to come sooner, we recommend purchasing separately. 

- We do our very best to communicate all details for Preorders on the Product page. If at any time you need further details, please contact us at info@azimdskincare.com.

- Our Preorder items are best-selling AziMD Skincare products that have previously been in-stock and sold-out multiple times. Preorders can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on the manufacturing, and quantity.

- The date listed on the Preorder page is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer and we only update as more information is provided. If you do not see an update, then we do not have further information at this time.

As AziMD Skincare is a medical-grade skincare line formulated with only medical-grade ingredients, especially designed for sensitive and sensitized skin, a reaction is unlikely and uncommon. Our products are paraben free, fragrance free, free of dyes, gluten free, vegan, cruelty free, and made in the USA.

However, if you do experience a reaction, discontinue use immediately. Wash off product completely with water and apply an over the counter hydrocortisone for relief of any itching. Cold compresses can be applied to help alleviate any feeling of heat or swelling. Oral antihistamines can also be taken to help reduce allergic reaction. Seek medical attention if symptoms continue.

Everyone’s skin is different, and we cannot guarantee our products will work for each individual customer’s needs. Our products use dermatologist-recommended, active ingredients, that may not always be compatible with all skin types. We do our best to provide extensive information about our products and ingredients so that customers may make informed decisions prior to making their purchase. We also recommend that customers test a small area of skin prior to applying to the entire affected area to ensure no irritation occurs.

Products purchased from azimdskincare.com can be returned to our facility within 30 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, please review the following requirements for online purchases:

-The product must be returned within the 30 days of the original order date. Returns made beyond the following time limit will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address on the original order.

-We require the complete kit/bundle to be returned together. Incomplete bundles or kits will not be eligible for a refund.

-The product is to be returned in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and with all original seals attached.

-AziMD Skincare reserves the right to deny a product return request and properly dispose of any product returned to our facility that fails to meet our return requirements.

-For returns: AziMD would be happy to provide a return shipping label for your order at the customer's request. This label can be sent to the original email provided on your order and the cost of this return label can be deducted from your refund amount. 

Once the items have been returned and approved for return at our facility a refund will automatically be filed. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be credited back to your original form of payment.

All gift card purchases are final sale. All products compounded at our facility (i.e. DermaBright Pads) are final sale, therefore non-refundable and non-returnable. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at info@azimdskincare.com.

Unfortunately, anything purchased from our store that is on sale is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

If you are having a challenge placing an order on our website, please call our office at 858-456-3992 for assistance. Our customer service team can assist you Monday- Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM PST.

We are unable to intercept or make any changes to an order once it has been placed and processed by our warehouse. All orders are processed as soon as they are submitted to get your order on its way as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience. You can return your order for a full refund. Original shipping charges and shipping charges incurred in connection with the return are non-refundable. See full return and refund policy above. We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

AziMD Skincare is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by our respective government. Taxes + duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes + duties are placed on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes + duties on the original price of the items. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of items purchased on the shipping label.

Because shipping is extremely customized to each individual business and the region the package is coming from and going to for customs charges, import duties or taxes, these are the responsibility of the recipient to pay as they are set by the receiving countries government based on customs and trade agreements between the two countries. The shipping company will provide the bill to the customer.

AziMD Skincare is not responsible for payments of any fees or taxes. Your country and the value of the package you order from AziMD skincare will determine the amount of customs, duties, taxes or fees due at delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local mail delivery service for an estimate of fees due upon delivery.

If customs cannot process your order and it is returned to our office, we are not held liable for any reason. Unfortunately, it is out of our control how your order will be handled at customs once it leaves our office. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from AziMD Skincare.

AziMD Skincare is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery.

If incorrect delivery or order information is entered by the purchaser, AziMD Skincare is not liable for replacement or recovery. Please triple check your address, payment information and products before submitting order.

Our standard domestic shipping option is provided by USPS, which does not include comprehensive insurance or signature confirmation. 

If your package is lost in transit or you are a victim of package theft, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance.

Unfortunately, there are limits to our abilities to solve package theft and what we can do is help provide our customers with the resources to find a solution. Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. This creates for circumstances that we wish were in our control, that are not. AziMD Skincare is not liable for replacement or recovery of lost or stolen packages.


If you are a victim of package theft, USPS offers $100 of package insurance. File a claim on their website: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

Please file a claim with your homeowners or renters insurance for this missing package. They should be able to reimburse you for the value of the missing package, especially if you filed a police report. Package theft is a crime and does need to be reported to the authorities. If you have not filed a police report, please do so, as it may be required by your insurance company for coverage.

When you feel you have assurances from the above authorities at USPS &/or your insurance company that you will be reimbursed, you can place another order with AziMD Skincare.

If you received a damaged item, please contact the AziMD Service Team as soon as possible to resolve the issue. If you believe that your order is received damaged or defective, please submit images of the damaged item in order to best assist you. 

Please also file a claim with the shipping provider as they are responsible for the damage.USPS offers $100 of package insurance. File a claim on their website: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. International orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days but may ship sooner. During high volume seasons it may take 4-5 business days to ship. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Any skincare discount associated with Dermal Club and/or SkinBright Memberships are not valid on skincare kits.
