We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and India.

AziMD Skincare is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by our respective government. Taxes + duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes + duties are placed on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes + duties on the original price of the items. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of items purchased on the shipping label.

Because shipping is extremely customized to each individual country and region, customs clearance charges and import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient to pay as they are set by the receiving country's government based on customs and trade agreements between the two countries. The shipping company will provide the bill to the customer.

If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes + duties on the original price of the items. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of items purchased on the shipping label.

AziMD Skincare is not responsible for payments of any fees or taxes. Your country and the value of the package you order from AziMD skincare will determine the amount of customs, duties, taxes or fees due at delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local mail delivery service for an estimate of fees due upon delivery.

If customs cannot process your order and it is returned to our office, we are not held liable for any reason. Unfortunately, it is out of our control how your order will be handled at customs once it leaves our office. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business.

Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. This creates circumstances that we wish were in our control, but are not. Unfortunately, there are limits to our ability to solve missing packages. What we can do is help provide our customers with the resources to find a solution.

Please note: AziMD Skincare is not responsible for misdelivered packages due to insufficient address information listed at checkout. As the recipient, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure correct delivery information is listed. If incorrect information is listed, the customer will be responsible for the misdelivered package.

AziMD Skincare is not responsible for packages that are not picked up from the designated carrier's office or location. We understand that circumstances may arise, causing delays or difficulties in collecting packages. However, as the recipient, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure timely retrieval of your order.

If your package is lost in transit or you are a victim of package theft, please email our team at info@azimdskincare.com within 3 business days from the time of scanned delivery.

Our standard domestic shipping option is provided by USPS and UPS and includes comprehensive insurance. If you are a victim of package loss or theft, AziMD would be happy to provide all documentation needed for you to file a claim.

If your order arrives damaged or if a product is leaking, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Please send your order number along with photos of the damage to info@azimdskincare.com

We want you to love your AziMD Skincare purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied with a product and it’s eligible for a return, you can start your return request within 30 days of your delivery date. We would be happy to issue an online store credit or a full refund for the full amount of your product purchase, minus shipping. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note international orders, products where more than half of the product has been used, or customizable products (DermaBright Pads) are not eligible for return or refund.

If requesting multiple returns within a 30-day time frame, please note that your AziMD account will be flagged as fraudulent and will result in the automatic cancellation of any future orders.

AziMD would be happy to provide a return shipping label for your order at the customer's request. This label will be sent to the original email provided on your order.

To be eligible for a return, please review the following requirements for online purchases:

-The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns made beyond the following time limit will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address on the original order.

-We require the complete kit/bundle to be returned together. Incomplete bundles or kits will not be eligible for a refund.

-The product is to be returned in the original packaging.

-AziMD Skincare reserves the right to deny a product return request and properly dispose of any product returned to our facility that fails to meet our return requirements.

Once the items have been returned and approved for return at our facility a credit will be issued to the original email used to place your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for credits to be processed.

As AziMD Skincare is a medical-grade skincare line formulated with only medical-grade ingredients, especially designed for sensitive and sensitized skin, a reaction is unlikely and uncommon. Our products are paraben free, fragrance free, free of dyes, gluten free, vegan, cruelty free, and made in the USA. We always recommend that customers test a small area of skin prior to applying to the entire affected area to ensure no irritation occurs.

However, if you do experience a reaction, discontinue use immediately. Wash off product completely with water and apply an over the counter hydrocortisone for relief of any itching. Cold compresses can be applied to help alleviate any feeling of heat or swelling. Oral antihistamines can also be taken to help reduce allergic reaction. Seek medical attention if symptoms continue.

If you would like to cancel an order, please send an email to info@aziMDskincare.com immediately. We process orders as quickly as possible and may not be able to accommodate your request.

If you need to update your shipping address, please send an email to info@azimdskincare.com immediately. We cannot change a shipping address once an order has been processed by our warehouse.

Unfortunately, we are unable to intercept or make any changes to an order once it has been submitted. Products and discounts cannot be added or removed once an order has been placed with us. We would be happy to cancel your order if requested in a timely manner.

AziMD is happy to provide USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground Shipping.

Domestic shipping times can take anywhere from 1-5 business days.

International shipping times can take up to 2 weeks due to customs clearance.

Please note that shipping times do not reflect processing times.

*If a product states "due to high demand" processing times can take longer.
